In 2010, as I sat on the tram, I felt completely stressed out. My job as a marketing manager was taking a serious toll on me. I was overworked, unable to unwind, struggling with severe sleep problems, and had no time for meaningful relationships. Looking back, I probably had burnout, but I couldn’t recognize it at the time. Then, mantrayoga and meditation changed my life.
My Motivation for This Blog
Through mantrayoga and meditation, I don’t just experience an inner sense of calm, mental clarity and peaceful joy. I also feel harmoniously connected to a greater whole—completely in tune with this world, my own vitality and the universe. All as one.
It is my heartfelt intention to make spiritual growth opportunities through mantrayoga and meditation accessible to as many people as possible—breaking through former limitations.
This is absolutely not about dismantling traditions or attempting to revolutionize ancient yoga. On the contrary, the universal wisdom preserved and passed down through yoga traditions over millennia is what I most wish to share—with love and deep appreciation. I aim to offer this knowledge as a springboard—a launchpad for your unique leap into your true self. Free from predefined roles, expectations or notions of what that self should be. 🤍
Hi, my name is Pranavi …
Pranavi Verena Deventer. In this lifetime, I have been consciously walking the yoga path since 2010, starting with mantra meditation. Since then, my life has transformed step by step and yet completely—with absolute radicality and boundless love.
In the past, I worked as a manager in marketing and communications. During that time, I experienced profound feelings of meaninglessness in life. I tried to fill the inner void and longing with all kinds of consumption—unsuccessfully. Looking back, I probably had burnout, but I couldn’t recognize it at the time. Then mantrayoga saved my life.
In this blog, I share in-depth knowledge and insights gained from countless hours of practice and approximately 2.000 hours of training in mantrayoga, meditation, spiritual counseling and yoga therapy. In Germany, my yoga courses are approved by state health insurance providers. I teach in various yoga teacher training programs in Berlin. Additionally, I spent two years living in a traditional ashram in the lineage of Swami Sivananda.
Yoga practice has always felt like a homecoming for me—especially the practice of mantra recitation. With it, I truly feel at home.
