This blog aims to inspire you to reconnect with the beauty and power of your true self– through mantrayoga and meditation.

The connection to a powerful and harmonious self is something entirely natural. However, ignorance, prejudice, and lack of experience can block this innate, self-empowered link to the true self. Mantras + Meditation can help dissolve these barriers, fostering clarity and invoking a profound, surprising and perhaps even radical reconnection to your true essence.

In this blog, I aim to share insights from my traditional yoga background, dismantle mainstream misconceptions and offer tangible spaces for personal experience. I will also share some of my personal experiences to make the sometimes abstract descriptions more relatable and invite you again and again to feel and reflect for yourself for integration into your daily life.

With everything I say I do not claim to be right or that there’s only one way and I absolutely not suggest that everyone’s experience should align with mine. Quite the opposite! My intention is to encourage you to experience your very own spiritual journey. By sharing my personal way, I hope to encourage you to embrace your unique experiences and path – in harmony with universal balance.

In my view, it is time to articulate our spiritual experiences clearly and to hold a sacred space for them with profound appreciation – a space we can share with others.

In this blog, you can look forward to
💎 profound traditional knowledge about mantras, mantrayoga and meditation,
💎 honest „behind-the-scenes“ insights into the spiritual path,
💎 ongoing invitations to feel and reflect for yourself and
💎 opportunities to share your spiritual journey.

A new article goes live every Thursday. That’s the plan. 😎

Meditation in universal
space

Hi, I’m Pranavi Verena Deventer. In this lifetime, I have been consciously walking the yoga path since 2010, starting with mantra meditation. Since then, my life has transformed step by step, and yet so completely – with absolute radicality and boundless love.

In the past, I worked as a marketing and communications manager. During that time, I experienced profound feelings of emptiness and lack of purpose in life. I tried to fill the void and soothe my longing through consumption of all kinds – in vain. Looking back, I was probably experiencing burnout, but I couldn’t recognize it at the time. Then, mantra yoga came into my life and saved me.

In this blog, I share with you in-depth knowledge and experiences drawn from around 2,000 hours of training in mantra yoga, meditation, spiritual counseling, and yoga therapy. In Germany, my yoga courses are recognized by health insurance providers, and I teach in various yoga teacher training programs in Berlin. I also spent two years living in a traditional ashram in the lineage of Swami Sivananda.

However for me, yoga practice has always felt like a homecoming – especially mantra recitation. With mantra recitation, I truly feel at home.
